Spherical graphite suppliers cut their offer prices in response to a weakening flake market over recent weeks. The volume of stocks was reportedly unchanged due to stable downstream demand.

The prices paid for 94% C, +100 mesh fob China (+194) and 94% C, +80 mesh fob China (+894) flake graphite exports maintained a steady level.
Europe
The price of +194 cif Europe material weakened slightly in response to lower offer prices available in parts of Europe.
The relative strength of the amorphous graphite market has supported flake prices from falling further amid strong supply, market participants said.
The markets for -194, +894 flake and amorphous graphite were all stable.
